Tasting course
The objective of this course is to introduce the participants to the world of wine tasting in an easy, didactic and enjoyable way, learning about the different sensory phases of wine tasting and putting them into practice. A selection of white, rosé, young red, crianza, reserve and single-varietal wines will be tasted to reveal the expression of each variety. In this way, the tasting becomes an experience where you can contrast tones, aromas, flavors, textures... getting to know the wine in depth to enjoy it more, and always in a playful and close atmosphere that avoids technicalities.

Of D.O.Ca Rioja and located in the Eastern part of the Autonomous Community, it is the historic headquarters of the Marqués del Atrio wine and Hacienda winery group that launched its wine adventure more than a century ago, in the year 1899.
The production of Faustino Rivero Ulecia, made under the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin, is concentrated in our bodega located in Arnedo (La Rioja), the historical place in which the Rivero family initiated its winemaking adventure over a century ago.
Today, the family's fourth and fifth generation continue to lead the bodega having made Marqués del Atrio a professionalised and modern company able to cater the most demanding markets in the five continents.
With a trajectory of over one hundred years, Marqués del Atrio is one of the leading bodegas both nationally and internationally. This has been achieved thanks to the continuous effort of providing quality wines that combine tradition and innovation.
Currently, we want to project the winery as an open space for visits with the aim of disseminating the vitivinicola culture of our area and the D.O.Ca Rioja wine.
We offer guided tours, tastings, courses and specialized activities so that the client can experience at first hand the authentic tradition and know-how of the Rivero family.
