Collector Visit
A guided walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery, overlooking the Sierra de Cantabria, to learn about the organic viticulture of Masaveu Bodegas. We will continue with a tour of the winery to learn about the technical details of the different winemaking processes of our wines. We will live the barrel tasting experience, appreciating the wine in its final stage before bottling. Commented tasting with a small aperitif and a walk through history, contemplating our wonderful oenological library and the private collection of works of art from the 15th century to the present, property of Corporación Masaveu. A visit for lovers of great wines who seek to go beyond. Guided tour of the vineyard, visit to the winery, history, culture and Premium wine tasting.

Murua is situated on a small hill just outside Elciego (Álava), heading towards Laguardia. It has belonged to the Masaveu Family since 1974, and is a classical reference in Rioja Alavesa. Its wines, mostly aged Reservas and Grandes Reservas, are all product of their 110 hectares of vineyards, some of the vines are more than 60 years old. With these older vines, Murua makes classical and elegant wines which express the personality and spirit of this land to perfection.
