Cheese workshop
First of all, a presentation of different terms and parameters on cheese tasting, its properties, tasting sheets, etc., is made, explaining the characteristics of the typical cheeses of the country. Afterwards, an explained tasting of different types of cheeses is offered in order to see their coincidences and divergences. We offer the option of completing the activity with a pairing of 4 types of cheese with 4 wines from Bodega El Fabulista."
