Description of the municipality

Strolling through Rincón de Soto you come across all kinds of sights: the banks of the River Ebro with its poplars and characteristic wildlife and spots that are typical of a riverside environment with market gardens producing fruit and vegetables.

As well as these places, there is room for a drier, more Mediterranean type of landscape, where grapes grown under the Denominación de Origen Calificada Rioja are found.

Pears are the star product of the town; the one produced in the Protected Geographical Area of the locality is the biggest, sweetest and longest. It is quite hard and has a greener skin than others, giving it a higher value in the market.
