The pruning of the vine is another important moment in the care of our vines and sometimes the most unknown to visitors. For this reason, between January and March, we meet to learn basic notions of pruning and the vegetative cycle of the vine (weeding, budding, flowering, etc.), which we will put into practice in situ. Finally, we will enjoy lunch at the foot of the vineyard.
About the winery
In 1986, it was established as a wine and wine making company that has produced high quality wines for generations.
All the care of their vineyards is maintained during the vinification process, conserving the millenary process of the treading of the grapes (carbonic maceration).
As a result, very fruity wines with hints of cinnamon and red fruits, tasty on the palate and very easy to drink are obtained.
