In our work, we aim to achieve something very personal, based on a careful blend of knowledge passed down through our family over many years and the modern winemaking methods available today, and to convey this passion to those who appreciate the results of all our efforts.
The personality of our wines is the result of a painstaking grape selection. Our young wines are made with 90% Tempranillo and 10% Viura, which is a white grape, while our aged wines are produced with 100% Tempranillo.
The method used for processing our young wines is based on carbonic maceration and the de-stemming method is used for the production of limited amounts of aged, special and reserve wines.
The temperature of the fermentation process is controlled with the aid of a refrigeration unit.
In 2014, we obtained: SILVER Medal in Challenge International du vin, RESERVA 2009, SILVER Medal in CRIANZA 2011 and BRONZE Medal in TEMPRANILLO 2010.
