Ontañon Vetiver Viura

5 months in American oak barrels and 4 months in bottle before labelling. On the nose it has an intense aroma of ripe fruit, especially pear and tropical fruits with hints of citrus, all enveloped in a fine touch of cocoa from its time in American oak barrels. On the palate, a very well balanced wine, with a very pleasant acidity and very expressive. Hints of citrus and tropical fruits, with light honeyed and balsamic notes at the end of its passage through the mouth.
