Description of the municipality

Casalarreina, a hospitable town, is easily reached by motorway and other roads. It is located in an area of great gastronomic and winemaking interest and has an excellent monumental heritage, both in religious and civil buildings; indeed, it has been declared a Historical-Artistic Site.

 

Its economy is diverse. Agriculture predominates, but the service sector has grown in recent years thanks to the large number of visitors, particularly from the Basque Country.

 

Casalarreina has an excellent artistic heritage that helps it to grow year by year.
