Team Building: Concurso de catadores
Una forma divertida de conocer el vino y su elaboración. Comenzaremos conociendo brevemente la influencia en el vino de factores como el clima, los suelos, las variedades, los procesos de crianza, la elección de maderas etc. Incluso podremos ver algunos de estos factores directamente en el viñedo. Después pasaremos a la acción. Momento de trabajar en grupo. Habrá que catar vino a ciegas y competir por equipos para buscar resolución a los enigmas que esconden las copas. Podemos completar el taller con un almuerzo distendido, una salida al viñedo o un baño en nuestra piscina climatizada.

The Puelles family has lived in Ábalos for longer than anyone can remember, and their winemaking tradition goes back just as far. The current generation, the brothers Jesús and Félix Puelles, have enlarge the Molino (Mill) Estate and converted it into a lovely wine cellar, standing alongside the old 17th century water mill which the family bought from the town council in 1844. This Tempranillo-planted, single vineyard bodega follows organic growing methods and produces and ages the wine with the utmost care and attention, before bottling them as an "Estate Wine" under the "El Molino de Puelles" label.
This family winery of wine growers sells 60% in Spain directly from the winery and 40% goes to export.
In addition to making wines, they were pioneers in wine tourism and they organize guided tours and didactic tastings.
