From Villa-Lucía, winemaker and viticulturist César Sáenz de Samaniego will guide the visitor to the vineyards (transportation not included), where grape samples will be taken and their sugar will be measured. Afterwards, the grapes will be harvested as they have been harvested all their lives. The activity continues with the crushing of the grapes, from which the winemaking process begins in tanks, vats and barrels. But on this occasion the participants will taste the must freshly extracted from the grapes after crushing them.
The experience will be completed with a barbecue in our barbecue grill."
