24 months in new and used American and French oak barrels. Ontañón Reserva offers intense notes of very ripe fruit balanced with a gentle acidity. Mineral and earthy notes describe the landscape that gives life to these vines. It has body, good acidity, structure and grape tannins that ensure a long life. Great pairing with red meats, game, elaborated dishes, cured cheeses, ham and pâtés.
