Ensayos Capitales Nº 2 Tempranillo Blanco

Colour: Golden-yellow with greyish-amber glints. Aroma: Deep intensity and an elegant bouquet. Aromas of dried apricots, candied fruit, honey, quince jelly, rosemary and thyme flowers, as well as hints of baked pastries. When allowed to breathe a little, aromas of nutmeg, ground pepper, almonds and hazelnuts, and fresh tobacco appear, along with some smoky nuances. A very complex and expressive wine. Flavour: Elegant, voluptuous, full-bodied, oily and long, with no variations in the intensity of the mouth-feel. In the retronasal phase all the aromas reappear but now with a greater presence of the tertiary notes from the ageing.
