Widely considered one of the top five global wine regions, Rioja encompasses an area with a myriad of terroirs and styles. With nearly eight hundred wineries in total, the region is divided into three distinct zones. Each town and terroir has its own distinct personality and unique wines to discover. Many of these are red wines aged in American oak and sourced from the native tempranillo grape.
