: By participating in the program, attendees will:

: The program is an immersive experience spanning four and a half days. Participants will explore the three zones of Rioja through educational visits and tastings at wineries, supplemented by classroom sessions and thematic tastings to gain comprehensive knowledge of the region. Evenings feature various social activities to enrich the experience.
: The program officially commences on Monday morning. It concludes at noon on Friday, allowing participants to travel back on Friday afternoon.
: Selected candidates can participate in the program free of charge. However, they are responsible for their transportation to and from Logroño. The program covers four nights of accommodation from Sunday to Friday, local transportation, and meals.
: The Certified Rioja Wine educator Course offered through Rioja Wine Academy includes a more comprehensive online study program and a final essay, both of which must be completed to obtain the official educator certification. However the study trip is the same and is called Rioja Camp.
: Participants are expected to complete the Rioja Wine Diploma (15 hours) course on Rioja Wine Academy before participating in the program. Applicants that have already completed the course will be preferred.
: The program will be conducted exclusively in English.
: For each edition, 25 participants will be selected based on professional background, educational qualifications, geographic diversity, and personal motivations.
