Founded in 1890 in Logroño, Bodegas Franco-Españolas is one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in La Rioja and the country. Dedicated from its origin to the elaboration and careful aging of its wines, it has stood out throughout history for its classicism and the timeless elegance of its Grand Classics of Rioja.
Rioja Bordón is the main brand for Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva wines; Diamante, our semi-sweet white is a leader in Rioja white sales since its inception in 1890.
Our slogan is "Quality and Honesty", and thanks to it our wines are appreciated in more than 55 countries and we receive high scores in international media such as Wine & Spirits Magazine or Wine Spectator among other prestigious media.
Bodegas Franco-Españolas is located in a privileged enclave, just 5 minutes walk from the center of Logroño, on the banks of the Ebro River, and is currently a wine tourism reference in the region with more than 40,000 visitors who annually enjoy visits to the winery, specialized tastings and different cultural and leisure events that dynamize the life of the city.
