Oil workshop
Initially, the characteristics of the "arróniz" variety of Rioja Alavesa olive oil are explained, as well as the history, evolution and current state of olive growing in Rioja Alavesa. This will be followed by a comparative tasting of oils of different origins and conditions. The activity is completed with the tasting of a typical Riojan appetizer. Includes tour and 4D experience "In dreamland"."
