The activity begins with a tour of the historical part of our winery, where we will visit the Bodega Francesa and Calados (we have the largest area of subway cellars in the territory (3,400m2). Next, in our Vineyard Garden, where the grape varieties with which Bodegas Bilbaínas makes its wines are represented, we will have the opportunity to learn to differentiate the different varietals, understanding the different wine profiles they produce. At each moment of the vegetative cycle of the vine, they will be able to make different observations and play to find the differences between varieties in a sensory and interactive way. Finally, they will enjoy the pairing of two wines, one white and one red, with a Rioja tapa, playing again to see the sensory differences that each of these wines provide when combined with the same food."

Bodegas Bilbaínas is the reflection of the history and identity of Rioja. Located in the neighborhood of Haro Station, it is a century-old winery whose wines express the quality, tradition and diversity of La Rioja.
The winery has more than 250 has. of vineyards located in the municipality of Haro, and the largest surface of underground wines of La Rioja. Bodegas Bilbaínas is also the oldest bottling firm in La Rioja.
Visit our centenary winery with historic buildings and one of the largest underground wine areas in La Rioja (3,400m²), built at the end of the 19th century.
In 1925, Bodegas Bilbaínas was distinguished with the title of Supplier of the Royal Household.
