The activity begins with a tour of the historical part of our winery, where we will visit the Bodega Francesa and Calados (we have the largest area of subway cellars in the territory (3,400m2).
Next, in our Vineyard Garden, where the grape varieties with which Bodegas Bilbaínas makes its wines are represented, we will have the opportunity to learn to differentiate the different varietals, understanding the different wine profiles they produce. At each moment of the vegetative cycle of the vine, they will be able to make different observations and play to find the differences between varieties in a sensory and interactive way.
Finally, they will enjoy the pairing of two wines, one white and one red, with a Rioja tapa, playing again to see the sensory differences that each of these wines provide when combined with the same food."
