Ontañón Gran Reserva

36 months in oak barrels. New and used barrels. 36 months in bottle before labelling. Cherry red colour with tile rim, clean and bright. Extremely complex on the nose with spicy, mineral and stewed fruit notes, assembled with toasted touches of high quality oak. Elegant on the palate, with a complex and harmonious result. Clear notes of vanilla and cocoa on a background of fruit and minerals. Very long and elegant aftertaste. Great pairing with red meats, cured cheeses, ham and pâtés.
