Fermented in vat for 15 days and made using the traditional Bazuqueo method. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked into French oak vats where malolactic fermentation takes place. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months. It is a wine with a great layer of colour, clean, bright and with a cherry red hue and purple iridescences that denote youth. It has great aromatic intensity and high complexity, making it very aromatic and expressive. At the first moment it presents a great load of fruity notes such as blackberries, blackcurrants and cherries, as well as an interesting liquorice note typical of the Tempranillo variety. In addition, it is perfectly blended with the spicy and roasted notes from the ageing in new French oak. Finally, it has a rounding stage in the bottle where it reaches its optimum point. On the palate it has an explosion of flavour, it is voluptuous, very pleasant and a very round wine, with a very long-lasting and pleasant aftertaste where again the notes of slightly more sweet fruit and certain hints of pastries appear.
