Harvest: manual. Vineyards: High and low Najerilla Valley (Rioja Alta) Fermentation: controlled at 15-18ºC TASTING NOTES Greenish-yellow with Golden highlights, very clear and bright. On the nose, intense, clean aroma. Lots of character with hints of apple and citric fruits. You can detect a subtle hint of blossom which makes it very elegant. Very surprising on the palate, fresh, with lots of flavour and very easy to drink. It has some body, balance and a lingering finish. FOOD PAIRING Appetizer, oysters and seafood, vegetables and fresh pasta.
