Shall we meet for vermouth?

Discover how Lacuesta vermouth is made, breathing the essence transmitted by a centenary winery and pairing 3 of the vermouths with 3 gastronomic pinchos proposed by the chef.

About the winery

Founded in 1895, it is still a family business that produces high-end wines. The winery has 60 hectares of its own vineyard. The annual production is of one million two hundred thousand bottles. The range of wines includes red wines: Joven, Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva. We also make white, rosé wines and a vermouth with a recipe from the house since 1937. The Martinez Lacuesta brand is a reference in Spain and our wines are only distributed in the horeca channel, with the exception of EL CORTE INGLÉS, where our range is recommended. The winery is in the process of evolving to combine respect for a centennial brand of great prestige with the new market trends. As a result of this commitment we are producing wines such as: Martinez Lacuesta Crianza Seleccion, and Ventilla 71, Hinia, Cynthia...

The facilities of our winery, inaugurated in 2011, are composed of an architectural space with more than 16,000 square meters, adapted to the needs of accessibility for the disabled and with a free parking for visitors.

On a plot of 37,000 square meters, the vineyards cover the underground level where the wine rests to favor its thermal insulation.

This space merges with our vineyards, origin of the winery, located in the surroundings of Haro.
