system for white wine
guarantee documents

The Control Board Plenary met in session on 29 October 2015 and decided to remove the system which differentiates between guarantee labels and seals for white wines and others and to replace it with a monitoring system based on entering comments in white wine movement records, warranty for white wines and their replacement by control, indicating the series and numbering used in the guarantee labels and seals in the following terms:

“It was agreed by majority to remove the system which differentiates between guarantee labels and seals for white wines and others and to replace it with a monitoring system based on entering comments in wine movement records, warranty for white wines and their replacement by control, indicating the series and numbering used in the guarantee labels and seals.”

For operational purposes and given its immediate obligation, it is explained how it will be necessary to proceed in these terms based on the sheets of the 2015 vintage and in particular from 1 December, including the CVC record, for which purpose the MOVIN program has been duly updated.
