Ontañón Colección Mitológica

Long maceration at a controlled temperature between 26º and 28º. This wine has spent 10 years ageing in the cellar before being released on the market (2015), of which 24 months in French and American oak barrels. Aroma of ripe fruit with notes of chocolate and tobacco that deepen with age, but without losing its brightness. It is a distinguished, calm and harmonious wine, with a brick red colour that comes from the years in the depths of the cellar. It offers a sense of calm that reflects its long ageing. It is enjoyed with ham and cheese, pâtés and grilled meats.
