Enogastronomic Gymkhana
Participants are divided into different teams. Each team is named after a vine variety. The first part of the gymkhana consists of training the participants so that they can later carry out the tests in teams with knowledge of the environment. The second part involves the competition (blind tasting, aromas, preparation of pintxos, etc.) by teams, which will receive a score and finally the winner will be chosen. The gymkhanas are totally flexible in content and duration depending on the interests of the recipients, generally companies, but can be extended to any type of public that wants to develop a group activity. They can be complemented with experiences such as wine and music pairings, tortilla contests or barbecues."
